Vacuum Pressure Impregnation Plant

Thermotorque Vacuum Equipment Pvt. Ltd. offers advanced vacuum pressure impregnation systems designed to achieve complete and uniform impregnation of insulating materials and porous components. This process is ideal when maximum oil absorption, improved dielectric strength, and consistent material performance are required.

Our systems are engineered to combine vacuum and pressure stages in a controlled sequence, removing trapped air and moisture before introducing oil under pressure. The result is a highly effective impregnation process that enhances reliability and extends the working life of electrical and industrial components.

Key Benefits

Each system is built to provide consistent processing, improve product quality, and support efficient production in demanding industrial environments.

Deep and uniform oil impregnation throughout the material
Effective removal of trapped air and moisture before oil filling
Improved dielectric strength and insulation reliability
Consistent results for repeated production batches

Robust and dependable industrial construction
Customizable chamber size and operating parameters
Safe process control for efficient plant operation
Optimized for transformer and electrical insulation applications

Vacuum-assisted air extraction

The process begins with vacuum treatment to remove entrapped gases and moisture, creating ideal conditions for full oil penetration.
Pressure impregnation for complete saturation

Once the chamber is evacuated, pressure is applied to drive oil uniformly into the material, improving absorption and insulation behavior.
Tailored to industrial requirements

We design impregnation systems around specific process needs, material characteristics, and capacity requirements to ensure dependable and efficient operation.
